The incumbent is responsible for pharmacy services in the hospital which include: the provision of a
medication distribution system that meets the needs of the patients; pharmacotherapy monitoring
which includes patient-specific assessment of medications based on diagnoses; pharmaceutical care,
which includes participating in development and monitoring of a therapeutic plan to improve the
patient's quality of life. Included with the offer will be an attractive benefits package, pension plan,
relocation allowance for those relocating from outside the Yukon and a $10,000 signing bonus.
